All medallions originate from the Vatican. Heart measures 3/4" on a 32" bead necklace . Necklace is 24 karat gold plating over Sterling Silver and is accented with a clear Swarovski Crystal. This necklace looks great alone or layered with other necklaces. The bead necklace can be worn long as a single strand or short by doubling the chain.
