The Rose of Venus French Twist Earrings feature a center even cross made up of multi-dimensional metal roses each featuring a small crystal in the center. Surrounding the cross is a French Twist hoop which is encircled by a slightly larger French Twist hoop. The outer hoop is studded with five crystals in two different sizes. The symbol of the Cinquefoil, or Rose of Venus, dates back to Roman times. The rose with its characteristic five petaled shape mimics the pentagrammatic path traced by the planet Venus in the night sky. The hoops measure 1 3/4 inches and are 3 inches long.
